Miguel may be sued after he accidentally injured a fan during a performance at the Billboard Music Awards.
The R&B singer, known for hits such as 'How Many Drinks?' and 'Adorn' landed on Khyati Shah whilst attempting to jump from one part of the stage to the other, kicking her in the head in the process, an accident which may see him face legal action.
Although Shah, a fan of the artist seemed fine after the fiasco, she has reportedly had a change of heart and may file a lawsuit against the singer.
Attorney Vip Bohla has said a decision on whether to take the case further will be made "after we have feedback from medical providers”, and they know the full extent of her injuries, which have apparently worsened in the last few days.
Miguel's legal team are yet to speak to Bohla about the incident, however the attorney has revealed his client would accept a settlement if they were offered one.
