Ahead of this weekend's Parklife Weekender, US R&B / pop / dance pioneer Toro Y Moi hit Camden's Koko for a headline live show. Check out photos of the gig here.
Supported by hugely hyped DJ and remixer Ryan Hemsworth, the US star performed tracks from his three albums, including his spectacular 2013 release, Anything In Return.
In a recent interview, Chaz Bundick told Gigwise that the club setting is the best place to hear his music. "The best place to hear my music is probably in a club, a nice intimate club rather than a festival," he said. "We always play all the bangers, we don't like to play much slow stuff, just the standouts - when it comes to festivals."
He also added that he wasn't a fan of the festival experience, adding: "I'm not into festivals. There's too many people for me. I'm used to playing festivals, but camping and hanging out is not for me."
