Queens of the Stone Age are currently at No.1 with '...Like Clockwork' - fighting off competition from Disclosure and Daft Punk.
Disclosure have landed at No.2 with 'Settle', while Daft Punk have dropped down to No.3 with their huge-selling Random Access Memories after weekly sales dropped by 50%.
Posting on their Facebook page, Queens of the Stone Age said: "UK...Come on. Let's Crush it."
Elsewhere in the mid-week album charts, Rod Stewart comes in at No.4 with Time and Miles Kane enters at No.5 with Don't Forget Who You Are.
Reviewing the sixth LP from Josh Homme and co, we said: "Like Clockwork sees the Queens racing into the unknown and totally owning it," we said. "Sure, it’s full of the usual fear, fire and fury – but it’s also Queens of the Stone Age more personal and powerful than ever."

Meanwhile in the singles chart,'Blurred Lines' by Robin Thicke featuring Pharrell and TI looks set to remain at No.1, beating off competition from Naughty Boy with 'La La La' at No.2 and Union J's 'Carry You' at No.3.
