Pharrell Williams has confirmed he is continuing to meet with Daft Punk after collaborating with them earlier this year, sparking rumours of more new material to come from the prolific french duo.
In an interview with 'MTV News', the 'Get Lucky' singer spoke of the success of his single on Daft Punk's 'Random Access Memories' earlier this year.
" I thought it would do good, I didn't know it would be this; I didn't know it would be breaking records across the board, I had no idea," Williams told MTV. "I just thought it would do well, because it felt great and it felt different.
"So the fact that it's been so explosive, and that the people chose to make it the phenomenon it is; the only thing we can say is thank y'all. I was with the robots yesterday, and, of course, they're super thankful too."
The singer's continued relationship with the duo fuels rumours of a forthcoming tour or new material of some sort, as Daft Punk were also seen shooting a video near New York's Grand Central Station yesterday (June 5th).

Williams also dismissed the idea that the record-breaking single conformed to the 'disco' label many have given it; "I don't know if it's a disco track; like, if you really think about it, it feels a little bit more, like, 'post'."
Pharrell continued; "But if you consider all of the elements, and where it comes from, the feeling, it kind of feels like out of time, like it's not necessarily in a specific time. At least when I hear it."
Daft Punk continue to see success for their long awaited fourth studio album, as 'Random Access Memories' still sits at No.3 in the UK album chart, below Disclosure and Queens of the Stone Age.
