Daft Punk have announced the release of a 'Get Lucky' remix, which is set to feature a 10 minute reworking of the single by the french duo.

Due out July 16th, fans can now preorder the vinyl here, which features the 10:31 Daft Punk remix of 'Get Lucky', along with the album version and radio edit.

News of the single comes in the wake of Thomas Banglater hinting that him and Guy Manuel de Homen Christo would be releasing a full album of 'Random Access Memories' remixes later this year.

Bangalter told BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong; "So, yes, there will probably be Daft Punk mixes of Daft Punk. Usually, we never mix ourselves, that's something we feel we're interested in doing this time."

Daft Punk have also made headlines this week after they were spotted filming near grand central station in New York City, whilst Pharrell Williams confirmed he is continuing to see the french duo after working with them earlier this year, prompting rumours of possible new material.

'Get Lucky' spent four weeks at No.1 in the UK charts, and is the fastest selling single of 2013 so far.
