Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler has hinted at a possible follow up to the band's new album 13, which was reportedly set to be their last ever release.

Butler has revealed he is interested in recording more new material, saying that after 35 years away, he is potentially interested in reuniting for more than one release.

"Let's put it this way - it's taken us 35 years to do this one," says Butler in an interview with Billboard magazine. "So if there's gonna be another album there's gonna be an album but I don't want to say if there's going to be a follow-up. I wouldn't mind doing another Sabbath album with them, though."

The band have also recently discussed their hell-raising heyday, with bandmate Tommy Iommi revealing that at the height of their fame and excess, they would have class-A drugs flown to them in a private plane.

"Nobody could control anyone else," says guitarist Tony Iommi in an interview with The Guardian. "I was doing coke left, right and centre, and Quaaludes, and God knows what else. We used to have [cocaine] flown in by private plane."

Will Black Sabbath return for more music after 13?

The band reformed last in 2012, but did so without drummer Bill Ward. Ozzy Osbourne recently revealed this was down to concern over his ability to perform.

"We looked at Bill and he couldn't remember what the fuck we were doing," he told Mojo magazine. "But he didn't come clean and say, 'I can't cut this gig but can we work something out, guys, where I'll come on but with another drummer backing me up?' Or, 'I'll come and play a few songs', that would have been cool."
