Las Vegas rock band The Killers performed a cover of The Beatles' classic 'When I'm 64' during their headline slot at this weekend's Isle Of Wight festival. Watch a snippet of the performance below.
They launched into their hit filled set with 'Mr Brightside', and closed with 'When We Were Young', and filling their show with hits including 'Somebody Told Me', 'Spaceman', 'Human', and their take on Joy Division's 'Shadowplay.'
The band performed a number of covers during their headline performance, playing 'I Think We're Alone Now', before which singer Brandon Flowers declared, "Girls Aloud stole this from Tiffany, and Tiffany stole it from Tommy James and the Shondells. Now we're stealing it back."
They followed that with The Beatles 'When I'm 64.' Check out a video of the performance below.
The Killers were preceded by Bloc Party, who have recently announced a hiatus after their summer of touring, Bastille, and The Maccabee's and fellow headliners Bon Jovi closed the festival on Sunday night.
