Don't touch the talent: the best / worst audience interactions ever

Oddly enough, famous musicians and their audiences don't often mix. At all. This week, one misguided Rihanna fan learned this the hard way, when they were thumped in the face at her Birmingham gig for grabbing her arm - and refusing to let go.

But she's far from the first star to have things get ugly between her and her fans. Just recently, Beyonce's lashed out at a fan who grabbed her bum and Miguel jumped on a fan's head. Simple solution - keep the stars separate.

In light of this week's Rihanna whacking, we've rounded up a few of our favourite fan interactions - from the violent to the hideously out of tune. Check them out below...

"Rihanna! I Love you!"
*THWACK*

Beyonce may have one of the most famous bums in music - but it ain't public property

And speaking of Beyonce, this video never ceases to be a source of amusement

Reading 2009 wasn't Kings of Leon's best gig, but perhaps this was a little harsh? -"All the people who don't give a shit about us, we understand, but we've worked hard, so fuck you."

Fan of Limp Bizkit take note - do NOT touch Fred Durst's cap

Miguel might have gotten away with jumping on a fan's head. Sadly, his performance was broadcast on US television :(

Josh Homme. One of music's angriest men - as discovered by one teenager...

Like lambs to the slaughter, Panic At The Disco found their 2006 Reading & Leeds audience interaction pretty painful

And finally, some might find Michael Buble singing with a talented young fan kinda sweet, but to be honest, it's all a little vomit inducing for us...
