Bruce Springsteen dedicated a performance of his 1975 Born To Run album to Sopranos actor James Gandolfini, after the actor's tragic death this week.
Twelve songs into his request-filled set at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, the 63 year old rocker dedicated his live performance of Born to Run, his iconic album, to James Gandolfini. The actor had previously worked with Steve Van Zandt, Springsteen's long standing guitarist.

"I have lost a brother and a best friend. The world has lost one of the greatest actors of all time. Maureen and I send our deepest sympathy and love to Deborah, Michael, Lily, and all of Jimmy's family," he wrote online.
Gandolfini was an actor who portrayed Tony Soprano in the American TV show The Soprano's between 1999 and 2007, a performance which earned him a Golden Globe and three Emmy's.
