Editors fans can now watch a new online documentary on the band, posted ahead of the release of their forthcoming album The Weight Of Your Love on July 1.

The documentary is available now by visiting the band’s YouTube channel.

The film will largely focus on the recording of The Weight Of Your Love, with footage of the band playing and recording in Nashville, where the album was recorded at Blackbird Studios, as well as interviews with all the band members and producer Jacquire King.

The documentary will also see band members discussing the departure of Chris Urbanowicz, who quit Editors last year citing disagreement over the band’s creative future.

And if that wasn’t enough for any Editors fans out their, Monday (June 24) will see them offering up more online goodies.

At 8pm the band will host a live stream of their set at berlin’s Postbahnhof on their YouTube channel, and then at 9.30pm the band will stream The Weight Of Your Love in full on iTunes.

The band recently unveiled ‘A Ton Of Love’, the first track sicne 2009’s In This Light And On This Evening.

Next weekend the band will play Glastonbury festival, and are then scheduled for a one-off show at London’s Village Underground on July 1.
