US star 50 Cent has been charged with domestic violence and vandalism after allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend and trashing her home.
The L.A Times reports that the 37-year-old has been charged in connection with a domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child.
50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, is being accused of destroying the woman's property during an argument in June of this year, where it is claimed that he kicked down the door and kiciked the victim.
Jackson now faces charges of five criminal counts: one for domestic violence and four counts of vandalism.

If convicted on all counts, Jackson could face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines for injuring the woman and destroying her home.
The rapper's next album, Street King Immortal, is expected later this year. It marks his first new LP in four years.
