Tame Impala found themselves at the top of a lot of 2012 end-of-year lists with their critically adored second album, Lonerism. Quite rightly so.
The Australian band found fans the world over with their genre-defying sound, blending pop, rock and sixties psychedelia and confounding anyone who even attempted to describe what they were listening to - much to the band's delight.
Tame Impala recently performed at London's Hammersmith Apollo, and we caught up with Kevin Parker and Dominic Simper to discuss their distinct sound, their response to the admiration for Lonerism and why Parker needs to organise his brain - or risk album No.3 sounding 'terrible'...
