A new business study has revealed just how much rappers lie about their wealth in their music. See the results below.

In a fasctinating interactive chart made by Business Week, the financial website was inspired by the track 'Versus' on Jay-Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail where The Hov slams artists who lie about about how much money they have. The chart measures up how much rappers claim to be worth in their music and what their actual wealth is.

Pitbull comes off the worst, claiming 'I see the future but live for the moment, make sense don't it. Now make dollars, I mean billions, I'm a genius, I mean brilliant' in his track 'Feel This Moment, but his actual 2012 earnings were far from a billion - at just $9.5million.

Behind him was Nicki Minaj, who also claimed to have made a cool billion in her track 'Up In Flames' but made $15.5million in 2012.

 See Business Week's chart below:

Quite fittingly, Jay-Z comes off the best  - claiming to be worth half a billion and coming quite close by netting $475million last year.
