Washed Out has premiered the video for his new single 'Don't Give Up, taken' from upcoming album Paracosm, his second record which is set for release August 12th via Weird World.
The track follows on from the first single 'It All Feels Right' in a very similiar manner, both maintain Washed Out's beautifully dreamy, mellow vibe but also show Greene expanding his sound to include more instrumental features. He has claimed to have used more than 50 instruments on his latest record, something which can be heard to enhance the psychedelic elements of his previous record.
'Don't Give Up' is accompanied by a stunning video directed by graphic designer and illustrator, Kate Moross, the creative behind videos for the likes of Jessie Ware and Cyril Hahn. The gloriously psychedelic iimages filmed in London Zoo perfectly match Greene's hazy sound.
