Nirvana's classic but final studio album, In Utero, will be re-issued to celebrate its 20th anniversary in September. See the bizarre trailer below.

In 2011, the band's seminal 1991 album Nevermind received the anniversary treatment. Now, Slicing Up Eyeballs reports that their 1993 Steve Albini-produced follow-up will be re-released with new tracks and remastered on 23 September, 2013.

The album will be a multi-format release that spreads more than 70 remastered, remixed, rare, unreleased and live recordings over configurations ranging from a 3-CD/1-DVD Super Deluxe Edition to a standard digital/CD remaster of the original album. Exclusive material will include never-before-heard demos, B-sides, compilation tracks, and live material featuring the final touring lineup of Cobain, Novoselic, Grohl, and Pat Smear including the long-awaited release of the complete "Live and Loud" show from Seattle's Pier 48 on December 13, 1993.

As if that wasn't enough, fans can also enjoy a standalone single-disc DVD of the complete "Live And Loud" show along with several never-before-released bonus performances.

Last month, Nirvana's official Facebook and Youtube page then released a trailer for the upcoming release, featuring original footage of Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic giving birth on a schoolroom floor.

Nirvana made music headlines recently when Jay-Z sampled their classic 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' on his latest album Magna Carta Holy Grail
