Due to a large intake of bets placed on Oasis to reform, headline next year's Glastonbury and release a new album, bookmaker Paddy Power has been forced to lower the odds for these three categories.
The odds for Oasis to headline the festival have dropped from 16/1 to 9/1, with the odds of the band to reform next year now at 5/1 and a new album for 2015 now at 11/2.
A spokesman for Paddy Power stated: “We’ve seen a lot of money being placed on Noel and Liam burying the hatchet, re-forming, and rocking Glastonbury – it’s enough to make anyone think there could be an expensive divorce or paternity claim just around the corner…”
