Green Day have announced a special one-off warm-up show at Brixton Academy ahead of Reading & Leeds festival.
The band will be performing at the London venue, which is a relatively intimate affair by their stadium-filling standards, on Wednesday 21 August. They will then go on the play the main stage at Reading Festival on Friday 23 August and Leeds on Saturday 24 August.
Tickets for the Brixton show go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 14 August.
Last year, the band played a surprise gig at London's Shepherds Bush Empire before a secret set at Reading Festival. See footage of their performance below.
The band will be headlining Reading & Leeds alongside Biffy Clryo and Eminem.
