The Pretty Reckless have announced they are cancelling all their upcoming UK and European appearances this festival season.
The band have released a statement, revealing they want to concentrate on finishing their new record and have felt it necessary to cancel performances.
“Obviously our priority right now is finishing up our new record and making it the best it can be so we can come back bigger and better than ever! Don't worry, we will be back with a new album and tour before you know it!”

Fans have been kept in the dark about the upcoming record, however it is expected that details about the release of their second studio album, Going To Hell, will be announced soon. Lead singer Taylor Momsen added in the statement that the band's sound has matured significantly.
"Our sound has evolved dramatically. The record took almost a year to make. It’s gratifying knowing it’s nearing completion. I'm very excited to get new music out for our fans very soon.”
The band are still going ahead with their North American tour which kicks off in September.
