Early weather forecasts for this weekend's Reading and Leeds festival look promising - with both sites predicted to see warm and mild conditions. 

The event takes place from Thursday 22 - Sunday 25 August at Bramham Park in Leeds and Richfield Avenue in Reading. As well as performances from Biffy Clyro, Eminem, Green Day, Nine Inch Nails and Foals, festival-goers can also enjoy moderate conditions and the chance of a little sunshine without a drop of rain (hopefully). 

The weather forecast for Reading and Leeds festival 2013 is as follows:
Thursday 22 August:
Reading - Cloudy with sunny intervals throughout the day with temperatures ranging between 18°C and 23°C.
Leeds - Cloudy throughout the day with some light rain in the late afternoon. Temperatures to range between 17°C and 20°C.

Friday 23 August:
Reading - Cloudy with sunny intervals all day with temperatures between 20°C and 25 °C.
Leeds - A generally cloudy day with temperatures between 17°C and 22°C.

Saturday 24 August:
Reading - Sunny intervals with temperatures ranging from the mid-teens to mid to high 20s.
Leeds - A day of light cloud with temperatures between 17°C and 25°C

Sunday 25 August:
Reading  - Mild with sunny intervals throughout the day as temperatures ranging between 17°C and a potential high of 27°C.
Leeds - Sunny intervals with temperatures ranging between 17°C and and a maximum of 25°C.
