Green Day surprised fans at their Brixton Academy show by playing their classic album Dookie in its entirety last night (Wednesday 21 August, 2013). See the LP being played in full below.
The band were playing a London warm-up show ahead of their headline appearances at Reading and Leeds Festival this weekend, where they treated fans with a staggering 30-song set.
The punk-pop trio were supported by Frank Turner, and suprised concert-goers by playing their seminal 1993 LP in full. Dookie was their third album, but their first major label release - and the one that catapulted them to a mass audience with the success of singles such as 'Basket Case', 'Welcome To Paradise' and 'Longview'.
