Chic's classic single 'Good Times' has been covered once again - this time by a Welsh male voice choir. Listen to the Brythoniad Male Voice Choir's rendition below.

To launch Festival No.6 every year, the event get the Welsh choral group to perform a cover of one of the headliner's songs. Last year, their version of New Order's 'Blue Monday' became a viral sensation.

Now, they have recorded a unique rendition of Chic and Nile Rodger's 'Good Times'. Robbing the track of its original disco swagger and funky beats, the choir drive the track with a simple piano backing, some handclaps and a bellyful of Welsh spirit and good cheer.

Festival No.6 takes place in the beautiful Welsh coastal village of Portmeirion - see some of the area's striking scenery in the video below.

Festival No.6 only began last September but has earned a reputation as an iconic independent festival -  winning Best New Festival at the UK Festival Awards and Best Small Festival in the NME Awards. The festival itself is an eclectic mix of music, arts and culture, including an 'In Coversation' performance with Guy Garvey and Stuart Maconie, alongside cinema, comedy and much more.

Chic will be performing alongside an incredible line-up that includes Manic Street Preachers, My Bloody Valentine, Alunageorge, James Blake, Everything Everything, Tricky, Gigwise favourites London Grammar and many, many more.

Festival No.6 takes place at Portmeirion in Wales from 13 - 15 September. For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets
