Chris Brown causes more controveries than he manages to release records. Well known for his frequent out bursts and rants on Twitter, Brown used the social network site yesterday to get a few things off his chest.
This time, Brown targeted other rappers, the police and social problems, and further divulged his on going battle with the law.

He refused to name any rappers individually, but signed off with a 'fuck you' to anyone offended by his outburst.

As per usual, Chris Brown's life has been troubled of late. The star recently cancelled a string of live shows due to health and personal problems, has been sentenced to 1000 hours of community service and is set to be sued by Frank Ocean's cousins over a car park attack earlier in 2013.
He also hinted recently that his new album X may be his last, stating that the abuse and criticism he gets (stemming from his 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna) would be to blame.
"Don't worry mainstream America, after this X album, it'll probably be my last album," he wrote on Twitter in early August 2013. "Being famous is amazing when it's for ur music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when i was 18. I'm cool & over it!"
