Prince performed an epic 32 song secret surprise show to just 500 fans in New York at the weekend. See footage of the gig below.
The show marked the end of a week-long residency by The Purple One's former band The New Power Generation at The Winery Club. Rumours had circulated that Prince would be performing at the closing gig, before he took to the stage at 3.15am - joined by the NPG, Cee-Lo Green, Sly & The Family Stone’s Larry Graham and many more.
He played a mix of classics, covers and fan favourites until 6am.
There was a strict no filming or photography restriction in place at the venue, but Prince has now released a video montage of highlights from the show through his official 3rdEyeGirl Youtube channel. Watch the footage below.
