'ATM Jam' rapper Azealia Banks has hit out at Lady Gaga once again, slamming the star in a string of tweets, claiming the 'Applause' singer is out of ideas, as she opened the 2013 iTunes Festival in London.

Banks hit out against Lady Gaga last week when the star announced that her Camden Roundhouse gig would be a mermaid-themed performance, similar to the rapper's Mermaid's Ball gigs in 2012. The duo were also due to collaborate on a track together, titled 'Ratchet', which is still set to appear on Gaga's new album ARTPOP - albeit without Azealia Banks on the final cut.

"@LadyGaga Yaaaaaas bitch!!! You better promote the head negress during YOUR performance !!! #promo #mermaid #huge," said Banks as Gaga took to the stage in London, before later asking followers: "On a scale of 1-10, how out of ideas is Lady Gaga?"

Following her iTunes gig, Lady Gaga previewed her former Azealia Banks collaboration while out clubbing in London, check out a clip of 'Ratchet' below.

Last week Banks hit out at musicians writing tracks about their favourite fashion brands, following the news that Lady Gaga had penned a track on her new album ARTPOP titled 'Donatella'.

"It's interesting to see how the music industry is so inspired by the fashion industry now... It used to be the other way around," she also wrote.

"Musicians are writing full on Ode's to fashion houses, when it seems as though entire seasons would inspired by actresses and musicians."

Azealia Banks will perform a headline show at London's Brixton Academy on 30 November, 2013. For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
