The Killers have teased fans with the promise of a 'big news' announcement to mark the 10 year anniversary of their very first London appearance.
Fans are speculating that the Las Vegas stars will announce an anniversary gig and/or a new greatest hits album, after the band recently confirmed they were working with M83 on new music.
They teased fans on Facebook with the announcement, writing: "Big News Coming Soon..." and later following with "September 16th, the 10 year anniversary of our first show in London... #ShotAtTheNight''.
Brandon Flowers and The Killers could be returning to London soon for new gig
In a recent interview with Radio.com, guitarist Dave Keuning revealed his hopes to release new Killers music very soon, and hints at an upcoming compilation release.
"I can’t promise a date, but I think we would like to release the song on some level and I don’t know how," Keuning tells the website. "I’m not saying a new album is going to come out or anything like that.
"Sometimes people just put out songs or it gets used for some kind of compilation. We’d like to get a new song out there soon."
