Fans hoping to hear Atoms For Peace play the Radiohead classic 'Creep' may be in for a long wait, after the band have spoken out about the unlikelihood of the Pablo Honey track ever being played by the collective.
The band consists of Thom Yorke along with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, Red Hot Chilli Peppers' bassist Flea, REM and Beck drummer Joey Waronker and RHCP percussionist Mauro Refosco.
While the band was put together to perform tracks from Thom Yorke's first solo LP, The Eraser, and the band's own follow-up, AMOK, Atoms For Peace have also been known to play obscure Radiohead rarities and b-sides such as 'Paperbag Writer'. However, Godrich insists that the band are unlikely to ever perform what is arguably Radiohead's most famous track.
"I can't remember where, but there was one show where a guy was yelling all night for 'Creep,'" said Godrich in a new interview with Rolling Stone. "Thom went, 'No, I'm not going to play fucking "Creep," you bastards.'"

The band's current world tour commitments end in Japan at the end of November. When asked about future live plans, Godrich replied: "We are talking about the logistics of doing some other things, but we have the slightly annoying issue where we're five people doing five different things, so getting everybody free at the same time is a little hard.
"I know we want to carry on. It's going to come down to what everyone's year is looking like next year."
