Azealia Banks may have fallen out big time with Lady Gaga, but the outspoken rapper has hinted at an upcoming collaboration with another US pop superstar, Britney Spears.
Banks took to Twitter to claim that she had flown to a New York studio to contribute a verse to Spears' new single, which was released globally (but not UK) this week.
Banks tweeted: "Just landed in NYC straight to studio! Y'all know I have to hop on that new Britney Spears and turn s**t up!!!!! #WORKBXXTH."
Banks was previously rumoured to be making an appearance on a new Lady Gaga track, titled 'Ratchet', on Gaga's new album ARTPOP. Azealia has vented her rage (frequently and noisily) in recent weeks.

The Britney single has been met with mostly positive reviews since its premiere last weekend, but rapper Mykki Blanco criticised the track for exploiting Spears' gay fanbase.
"Is it just me or is EVERY female pop star currently in a war to secure as many gay fans and gay $ as possible?" He wrote on Twitter after hearing the track. "This shit is tacky."
He added: "Work bitch? Lol... This is not 'gay pride its gay marketing' designed to keep u fags on ecstasy blasting garbage music till 6am.
"Forgive me father for I can't handle the corny."
