'Wrecking Ball' singer Miley Cyrus has responded to Lorde after she received death threats for taking the No.1 spot in the iTunes charts.
The New Zealand rising star has been hovering around the top five of the US iTunes charts for a while with her single 'Royals', and last night Lorde managed to overtake Miley Cyrus at the top spot. However it would seem that not everyone was too pleased about it.
Cyrus' fans, otherwise known 'smilers' hit out at Lorde, saying "go kill yourself you crusty old hag" and "I'll stab your rotting corpse". Oh dear.
