More about: The Maccabees
The Maccabees' Felix White has released a limited edition picture disk of collaborations with the likes of Florence Welch, Jack Penate, Jessie Ware and many more. Listen to 'Yalla' and 'Neon Cited Sea' from Cosmo below.
Cosmo is a collaborative effort made by 'Felix White and friends', and features an impressive list of guest vocalists - including Florence Welch from Florence + The Machine and Jack Penate.
"It was written and recorded in odd weekends and borrowed moments between recording Given To The Wild and finished at the start of this year," said a statement on The Maccabees' website. "All music on the EP was made by Felix and features guest vocals and collaborations with Jack Penate, Florence Welch, Johnny Bramwell (I am Kloot) and Adam Day. Jessie Ware, Hugo White and Jamie N Commons also feature on backing vocals whilst Sam Doyle played drums on the record."

The Maccabees have now ended their 2013 festival commitments and reveal that they have something special planned for their upcoming release, which they claim will be a 'first' for the band.
"Festival season finished for us last week at Arenal Sound in Valencia and we'd just like to say thank you to all those that came and saw across the summer," the band told fans on Facebook earlier this year.
"It was a bit interim for us, the shows coming in between sessions for writing the record, so even though it was a bit more stop/start our end we still got in at least twelve (I forget exactly) festivals in. I know there were a fair few people that travelled through different countries to see us a few times so special thanks to all of you."
They continued: "The band add that their festival schedule allowed them to continue to work on new material, as they only played a handful of festival shows.
"Playing in spells whilst making the record has served to keep the whole thing going rather than taking any kind of substantial time out. So we are hopeful we will be able to get our fourth album out and with you all some time around the start of next year."
