Rihanna, who successfully sued clothing company Topshop in July for selling a vest featuring her image without her permission, has now won a ban against the company for any future products.

In July, the 'Diamonds' singer successfully sued Topshop for $5 million after they sold the Rihanna Vest that had an image taken by a freelance photographer on the front. The image was taken without the singer's consent on the video shoot for 'We Found Love' in 2011.

The latest update of the court case is that Rihanna has now been granted an injunction against Topshop, preventing them from using images of her on their products in the future.

Topshop were ordered to pay Rihanna an estimated $1.4 million (£919,000) to cover her legal fees and were told they must pay $300,000 (£200,000) of the costs within 14 days, though the judge gave brand bosses permission to appeal against the costs order.
