Comedian Ricky Gervais has announced details of two upcoming intimate London shows as The Office character David Brent. 

Gervais will be joined by Brent's backing band, Foregone Conclusion for 'A Work In Progress' for two nights at London's Bloomsbury theatre next month. 

A spokesman said: "The audience will get to enjoy songs, performed live for the first time, from Brent’s back catalogue including ‘Free Love Freeway', ‘Spaceman Came Down’, ‘Slough’, ‘Life on The Road’ and ‘Ain’t No Trouble’.

David Brent and Foregone Conclusion present A Work In Progress be at Bloomsbury Theatre in London on Monday 14th October and Wednesday 23rd October 2013. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Tuesday 1st October.
