German electro star Apparat has labelled Lady Gaga's plan to launch her ARTPOP album at Berlin's infamous Berghain club as 'sad'.

The 'Applause' singer is due to be holding an intimate album launch party at Berlin's renowned Berghain Club on October 24th, offering fans the chance to win tickets to attend the event.

The Berghain Club is well-known for it's techno and electro club nights as well as it's 'dark rooms' which are put in place for customers to engage in sex parties. It is a destination for hedonistic clubbers from across the globe and is hugely famous for it's spectacular club nights.

Apparat seems less than impressed with Gaga's decision to host a special party at Berghain, however, taking to Twitter to share his views.

It is uncertain what Apparat's concerns are.

The launch will enable fans the chance to win VIP tickets and a meet-and-greet with the singer at the club. Fans must submit "a question that you always wanted to ask Lady Gaga" and then the 50 most entertaining responses will win pairs of VIP tickets and 10 'grand-prize' winners can win a pair of VIP tickets to an exclusive meet-and-greet with Gaga.
