Emerging London electro-pop newcomer Fryars has revealed the first taste of his new EP, due out on October 14.
The Power mixes distinctive pop tones from the past and present, and was produced by long-term collaborator Luke Smith (Foals, Depeche Mode).
Rodaidh McDonald (The xx, Savages, King Krule) helped out with some additional programming and mixing. Listen to the track via Soundcloud below:
The Power is the lead single off Fryars' debut E.P Radio PWR, which will be released on October 14 via 679 Recordings.
Apart from The Power, Fryars self-produced the entire E.P, drawing on diverse influences from famed pop writers such as Harry Nilsson and Randy Newman.

Fryars will take material from Radio PWR on tour with a series of shows across the UK during October and November. London Grammar will support for the October shows, while Summer Camp will do the opening duties for the November dates. Details are below:
