Norwegian comedy duo Ylvis performed their rapidly esculating novelty hit 'What Does The Fox Say?' last night on US TV show Jimmy Fallon. See the bizarre performance below.
The performance featured plenty of people in animal suits, the horse, backup dancers and a grandpa in a rocking chair reading to a young child. There was also the high-pitched delivery of all those 'ring-a-ding-ding-ding'-s, 'chacha-chacha-chacha-chow'-s and other bizarre lyrics which are about to become ingrained in your head over the next few months.
Fallon himself also got in on the act, jumping into a fox suit similar to the two members Vegard and Bård Ylvisåker and taking the lead on the second chorus. Watch the performance below.
What Does The Fox Say? has gathered more than 100 million views on YouTube and has perched itself in the top 10 of the American Billboard Hot 100. It's the most successful song by a Norwegian artist on the Billboard chart since A-ha's 'Take on Me' topped the chart in 1985.
Love it or loathe it, this could just be the beginning of a bit of phenomenon for the foxy duo.
