Rapper Daz Dillinger, has demanded makers of GrandTheft Auto 5 recall the game, claiming his music was used without his permission.

He states that two of his songs appear on the soundtrack 'C-Walk' and 'Nothing' But The Cavi Hit', and the rapper has stated that Rockstar games offered him $4,271 for use of both. He says he turned down the offer, but the tracks still appeared on the soundtrack.

The rapper tells US gossip website TMZ that he is demanding the game be recalled as makes do not respect 'an artist's work'. "Rockstar didn't do that here and I can't let them get away with it," he tells the website.

Rockstar games recently revealed the full tracklist of all the radio stations featured in Grand Theft Auto 5 however, and neither of Daz Dillinger's tracks appeared. Click here to see the full list.
