AFI are a band who have always been on the periphary of the punk scene, evolving from year to year while gaining an ever-growing fan base. With the release of  new album Burials on the horizon, the band sat down to adress the themes of the album, playing live and those die-hards who've been following them from the beginning.

Addressing the concept that people may lose interest over the 20 years they have been in the game, the band stated that it's an utterly futile thing to worry about. "We need to create music that's exciting for us," they said. "What keeps us going is our ability to evolve."
