Laura Mvula was the big winner at last night's MOBO Awards, picking up Best Female Artist and Best R&B/Soul Act.

The 'Green Garden' singer fought off competition from Jessie J, Rita Ora and others to pick up both awards, but missed out on a triple win after Naughty Boy and Sam Smith picked up the gong for Best Music Video with their hit track 'La la la', which also received the award for Best Song.

Other winners of the night included Sean Paul, who won the award for Best Reggae Act, Tinie Tempah picked up Best Hip-Hop/Grime Act and Rudimental celebrated the win of Best Album for their debut release, Home.
The Awards were held at Glasgow's Hydro Arena on [Saturday] 19th October and saw performances from the likes of Rudimental, Iggy Azalea and Ms Dynamite.
