Next week, Lady Gaga is set to perform new single 'Venus' on the X Factor in a world exclusive premiere.
'Venus' is the second single to be taken from her upcoming ARTPOP album, following on from from last months 'Applause'. The performance will be taking place next Sunday (27 October) and will see the singer hopefully regaining some momentum after 'Applause' failed to impress or chart as highly as hoped.
Last month a row erupted as Sharon Osbourne reffered to Lady Gaga as a 'self-righteous bully', causing the 'Born This Way' singer to nearly pull out of the X Factor show. However the confirmation indicates that the pair have buried the hatchet, or at least decided to ignore it for now.
Osbourne and Gaga fell out in Janury 2013 when Ozzy's wife labelled Gaga's Little Monsters 'hideously violent' after a feud between the singer and Kelly Osbourne. The short-lived row has been again discussed in Sharon Osbourne's new autobiography, in which the rock and roll matriarch describes Gaga as a 'bully' and 'hypocrite'.
"Sharon didn’t hold back in her comments and there is now a very real concern Gaga might just pull out of the show," says a source for the show to The Daily Star, and producers are planning to pre-record Lady Gaga's performance before Sharon Osbourne arrives at the studios.

A source close to Cowell said: “I am sure we will be doing all we can to make Lady Gaga feel welcome."
Lady Gaga's eagerly awaited 'ARTPOP' album will hit stores on 11 November.
