Courtney Love's much-anticipated autobiography will be released on 15 December it was announced today - and touch upon her days as a stripper and marriage with Kurt Coabin.
The former Hole frontwoman's memoirs, simply titled 'Courtney Love: My Story', will go into detail about her relationships with Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, actor Edward Norton, and, of course, her infamous marriage to late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.
The book will also describe her "days stripping to meet ends meet and the truth behind her drug abuse and recovery". The synopsis, which you can read on Amazon here, promises that "nothing will be off limits", which is sure to excite those who find her and Cobain's legendary relationship fascinating.
"While she doesn't shy away from tales of excess, Courtney also goes deeper, offering unique insights into the modern rock culture she helped shape," the synopsis goes on to say.
However, the book is bound to raise the eyebrows of her many critics - especially those who believe she was instrumental in the death of Cobain in 1994. The official cause of death was ruled as suicide, but conspiracy theorists believe Love put out a hit on the Nirvana legend because he wanted a divorce.
Whatever really happened, it'll certainly be interesting to read Love's side of the story. We're especially looking forward to seeing if she uses the book to refute claims she killed her family pets - as old flame of Kurt Cobain, Mary Lou Lord, claimed a couple of weeks ago.
