Queen star Roger Taylor has named James Bond actor Ben Whishaw as his personal pick to play Freddie Mercury in the planned biopic of the enigmatic frontman, as confusion continues over who will take on the role in the increasingly troubled movie project.
Borat and Ali G actor Sacha Baron Cohen was originally lined-up to take on the role, but disagreements between the band and Cohen over how to portray Mercury led to him leaving the project, which is now searching for a new leading man. But who could it be?
