Rob Stringer, CEO/chairman of Columbia skirted tactfully around release plans for Beyonce's long awaited fifth studio album, but seemingly suggesting it will be released in December this year.

There have been many whispers over Beyonce's fifth studio album, and it's release; we've heard a few snippets from the album, 'Grown Woman' which was previewed on the Pepsi advertisements as well as being leaked online, and 'Bow Down. Listen to the song below:

Discussing Columbia's plans for big releases due before the end of the year, Stringer told Billboard magazine: "We've got records lined up that hopefully will make the beginning of December."

When pushed by Billboard about Beyonce releasing before the end of the years, he is reported as having laughed and responded: "I would never be quoted as saying anything to do with that [laughs]"

Even though Stringer remained tightlipped, he doesn't have to say anything; it's been two years since Beyonce's release of 4 in 2011 - artists such as Diplo have stirred the pot with discussing a song he worked with her on, that she scrapped. As well as Ne-Yo saying "Beyonce's the kind of artist where you're not gonna see it till it's right. And her fans - they love her so they'll be patient."
