Reportedly the first time he has addressed the reality TV star as his future wife, West honoured Kardashian in the intro to his 2013 track 'Bound 2', which was written about his relationship with the celebrity.
"You know what song this is, right?" he told his audience. "I want to sing this song to the birthday girl that's back there right now, my fiancé.
"If you came with somebody that you love tonight, hold on so tight," he continued. "What I'm trying to say is it's hard to find you."
"Sometimes I'm feeling like I had a second chance in life. 'Cause I remember in my career early on when I could have lost my life."

Fans in San Jose are lucky to have a performance at all, after the rapper cancelled the second night of his Yeezus tour after it began last weekend. Kicking off the tour in Seattle on Saturday 20 October 2013, Yeezy then moved moved on to Vancouver where he was due to play the Rogers Arena. However, at 2.26pm in the afternoon, the venue posted that the event was postponed until 31 October due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.
Many fans were left in disbelief, and assumed that the venues Twitter and website had been hacked, before the Rogers Arena responded: "Sorry, we're disappointed too. But no hackers here. So sorry to hear. Unfortunate circumstances for everyone involved."
