The singer's significant vocal talents first came to the world's attention on Disclosure's single Latch. He released his first solo single, 'Lay Me Down', in February this year. He's building a reputation as one of the brightest talents in the country, and this cover will only enhance that. If you weren't previously aware of Smith then you can listen to more on debut EP Nirvana. You won't be disappointed.
It's certainly not the cover that a lot of people will have been expecting. He shows his versatility in a version that shows he deals in more than just excellent vocals, the whole arrangement definitely adding to the original song.
