The mother of Liam Gallagher's alleged lovechild is reported to be filing for full custody of their daughter, amidst concerns of his 'rock and roll lifestyle'.
Journalist Liza Ghorbani was outed by The New York Post earlier this year for allegedly having an affair with the Beady Eye frontman after she interviewed him in 2010, whilst Gallagher was still married to ex-wife Nicole Appleton, whom he has a 12 year old son with. Ghorbani then gave birth to Gallagher's alleged daughter, named Gemma, in January of this year.
A source now tells The New York Post: "Ghorbani is seeking sole custody of Gemma and asking the court to impose supervised visitation upon Gallagher – if he ever decides to meet and visit his daughter."
The source continued: "Her concern is that he still lives the life of a rock star, and she wouldn’t want to leave the child in his care."
Ghorbani reportedly filed a $2 million lawsuit against the Britpop legend after DNA tests confirmed Gallagher is indeed the father of Gemma.
However, it's claimed Gallagher is now suing The New York Post for libel after making the accusations, including the claim he impregnated Ghorbani whilst still married to Nicole Appleton, from whom he has now split.
