Kings Of Leon will return the London to play a show at Hammersmith Apollo as part of the Children In Need Rocks show.
The band will play on Tuesday 12 November - the first of two nights at the Apollo, in which Dizzee Rascal, Robbie Williams, The Wanted and Barry Manilow are also set to appear.
They will certainly add the rock to the Gary Barlow-curated show, which to be honest looked a bit thin on the ground before the announcement.
Barlow said of the coup: "I am absolutely thrilled to have Kings of Leon joining this year's Rocks concerts, they really are a fantastic addition to the line-up, and I cannot wait to see their performance on the Tuesday night, which is sure to bring the house down."
It is the latest in a string of dates for the band, who played on the first night of the new Life Is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas recently. See below for photos of the show. The shows will be broadcast by Children In Need stalwart Terry Wogan, with help from Tess Daly, Zoe Ball, Fearne Cotton and the ubiquitous Nick Grimshaw.
Tickets are available on the official home page here. With such a big act added to the bill they are sure to sell out fast, so be the first to pay to get hot and sweaty in Hammersmith, all in the name of charity.
