David Bowie has excited fans by unveiling a new photo of himself and promising them that 'good news' is about to be announced. Could it be a tour? See the photo above.
The photo is another of a select few that the Thin White Duke has allowed to be taken of himself this year by close friend and collaborator, Jimmy King.
Revealing the photo on his official Facebook page, Bowie posted: “'Keep your 'lectric eye on me babe...'Good news coming."
The first line is a lyric from his classic 'Moonage Daydream', while the good news is hoped to be a tour announcement - but could also relate to the premiere of his new video for the James Murphy remix of 'Love Is Lost' at this evening's Mercury Music Awards. Who knows - Bowie himself may even make an appearance (but that is really blood unlikely).
