Elbow have revealed that the title of their forthcoming album will be 'Carry Her Carry Me'.
Frontman Guy Garvey originally told NME the working title of the record was All At Once, but in a later interview with Q revealed the band had settled on a different name for the follow up to 2011's Build a Rocket Boys!.

Garvey also revealed the album is lyrically inspired by New York, where he recently spent six weeks. "Walking around New York I feel like my antennae are up. My ears are open for snatches of beautiful conversation," he said. "In Manhattan, it just feels like all the time, any second, somebody's going to utter that thing that changes the world."
He also told the Daily Star Carry Her Carry Me is "experimental" with "big themes" and is additionally inspired by mid-life crisis, revealing: "A lot of my friends are discovering ecstasy as they near 40 and I'm going: 'What the hell are you doing?".
Carry Her Carry Me will be released 3 March 2014, with a UK tour following in April.
