Morrissey has reportedly been released from a US hospital after an unknown incident left the star suffering with concussion and whiplash.
US reports claimed that the former Smiths star and best-selling autobiography star was admitted to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Hospital with whiplash, concussion and an arm injury - although details of how he suffered these are yet to be revealed.
US website True-To-You.net reports: "Morrissey has now been discharged from Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles following treatment for concussion, whiplash and an arm injury. Morrissey would like to thank the medical staff at Cedars-Sinai for their 'outstanding level of care and attention'."
Morrissey's long awaited, hugely discussed Autobiography recently topped the UK book charts, selling 34,919 copies in its first week.
The former Smiths' frontman's highly anticipated memoirs (which feature plenty of choice controversial quotes that have been steadily circulating their way around the internet this week) are now sitting atop the bestsellers' list, having had the biggest first week sales for a memoir since 2011.
