Marilyn Manson has made made a very strange cameo as a roller-skating waiter on off-beat HBO comedy Eastbound and Down. Watch his cameo below.
Manson has made a reputation for being a fearsome character in rock, but this latest appearance continues a recent trend for appearances that have showcased his lighter side.

He is on screen for about 20 seconds in total. He offers to take out a dining couple's rubbish, stands awkwardly as they argue in front of him and then gleefully roller-skates with some companions in one of the strangest cameos you're ever likely to see.
To be honest he is a pretty good comedy actor. His recent Halloween special, in which he was sat round a camp fire failing to scare a group of savvy teenagers, was hilarious. He doesn't get as much air time on this occasion but still steals the scene from more established comedy actors.
It's hard to be a scary goth man-child forever, so expect to see more of this kind of thing from the former God of Fuck. Judging by what we've seen so far, it's going to be pretty good.
