David Bowie made a rare public appearance this week to attend the birthday party of close friend and collaborator Tilda Swinton. He also hung out with Lorde. See a photo of the awesome encounter below.
Swinton famously appeared in Bowie's brilliant video for 'The Stars (Are Out Tonight) earlier this year, before she gave a typically idiosyncratic opening speech at the opening of the David Bowie Is exhibition at the V&A.
Bowie stepped out to attend her birthday bash at the Museum Of Modern Art in New York and mingle with rising New Zealand star Lorde, in what could well be the coolest party of all time. We assume our invite was lost in the post - either way, check it out below.
